Our client, a highly regarded Corporate & Trust Services provider, is currently seeking to recruit a Legal, Fiduciary & Governance Advisor to join their dynamic and growing team.
In this position, you will play a key advisory and coordination role, supporting senior management as well as corporate and trust administration teams on a wide range of fiduciary, governance, and regulatory matters. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance on corporate structures, trust arrangements, and complex transactions, ensuring that all activities are aligned with best practice, internal policies, and applicable regulations. The role also involves reviewing corporate and trust documentation, assisting with high‑level client relationships, and acting as a key technical point of contact across the organisation.
The ideal candidate must be a warranted legal professional, on experienced corporate and trust professional, with a solid background in fiduciary services, governance, and corporate administration.
