Let’s be honest—most roles don’t give you real exposure to clients, data, and technology this early on. This one does. I’m supporting the search for a Business Implementation Consultant, where you’ll be translating complex financial requirements into practical, real-world systems.
As the Business Implementation Consultant, you will be working closely with financial institutions to understand their reporting needs, configure systems accordingly, and ensure successful delivery from start to finish. You’ll be analysing data, translating business requirements into system functionality, and supporting clients through implementation and beyond. This is a hands-on, client-facing role—a mix of problem-solving, data work, and stakeholder interaction in a fast-moving FinTech environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to speak English and Maltese fluently and have strong exposure to Excel Pivots/PowerPivot.
