Our client is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of end-to-end vehicle logistics within a fast-paced operational environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing shipment receipts, port release, storage, and the timely delivery of sold units, while ensuring all vehicle records and franchise data are accurately maintained across internal systems.
You will play a key part in developing and optimising supply chain processes to drive efficiency, support business growth, and enhance overall cost effectiveness. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to improved operational performance and ensure full compliance with Customs and Transport Malta regulations.
Your responsibilities will also include managing customs clearance, documentation, payments, and vehicle registrations, as well as coordinating third‑party logistics providers to ensure smooth and reliable daily operations. By closely monitoring performance, addressing bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement, you will contribute to a robust and responsive supply chain.
In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities, while leading and developing the supply chain team and overseeing associated invoicing processes.
The ideal candidate will bring proven managerial experience within supply chain operations, combined with strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills. Maltese fluency is required.
