We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Lawyer (Corporate & Compliance) to support a diverse portfolio of corporate clients across regulatory and advisory matters.
The role involves providing legal advice on corporate and compliance issues, supporting company formations and governance matters, assisting with regulatory filings, and ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. You will liaise closely with regulators, banks, auditors, and other professional advisors, while supporting due diligence, KYC, and AML obligations.This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who combines strong technical knowledge with a client-focused approach and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, must be warranted to practice law in Malta, and must have excellent verbal and written fluency in English.
