Our client, one of Malta’s leading CSPs, is currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Corporate Executive to join their growing team of professionals within the corporate services sector.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client matters while applying Maltese company law, regulatory requirements, and statutory obligations in a practical, solutions-oriented manner. You will provide clients with clear, well-rounded guidance by identifying relevant legal, fiscal, and accounting considerations, while demonstrating a strong understanding of the broader business environment in which they operate. Key responsibilities include attending corporate meetings and taking minutes, liaising with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other third-party service providers, and overseeing due diligence requirements as part of KYC processes. You will also play a key role in supporting and guiding junior team members, contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in Malta, an excellent command of written and spoken English, and must have a good command of Maltese company law.
