My client, operating within the Corporate Services sector, is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team.
As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee the firm’s compliance framework, ensuring policies and procedures remain aligned with regulatory requirements. You will lead AML/CFT activities, including CDD and EDD processes, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring in line with FIAU standards. You will also manage and mentor the compliance team while acting as a key escalation point for complex cases.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience within a CSP environment, including one year in a managerial role, alongside strong knowledge of MFSA and FIAU regulations, AML/CFT obligations, and CDD/EDD requirements. You will bring solid leadership skills and a practical, risk-based approach.
