We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll Associate to join a professional services environment supporting a diverse portfolio of clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client payroll portfolios, processing monthly payrolls, coordinating employee and third-party payments, handling onboarding and termination processes, preparing payroll-related documentation, and managing registrations with relevant authorities.

The role also involves assisting clients with payroll queries, liaising with internal teams to meet client requirements, and ensuring all payroll activities are completed accurately and within deadlines. Applicants should have 1-2 years of relevant experience, knowledge of payroll systems such as Shireburn Indigo would be considered an asset, and payroll-related qualifications will be viewed favourably.

Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
