We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dynamic role within the maritime sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper manning of a number of vessels, acting as a key point of contact and coordinating all crewing-related operations. This includes organising crew changes and arranging all necessary travel logistics, applying for seafarers’ documentation with flag authorities, issuing employment contracts, and managing payroll processes. You will also serve as the first point of contact for Captains regarding employment-related matters.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate strong organisational, operational, and communication skills, with a meticulous approach to their work. Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, along with proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel. You should be self-motivated, able to take initiative, and capable of working both independently and effectively under pressure. While prior experience in crewing is considered an asset, full training will be provided to candidates who show the right aptitude and willingness to learn.

In return, we offer an attractive salary package, appropriate compensation for participation in the on-call rotation, flexible working hours with the possibility of partial remote work, and parking membership. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive environment that fosters professional growth within a dynamic team.
