We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our client Installation and Operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that apertures are scheduled, dispatched, and installed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards across all projects. Acting as a central link between Production, Sales, and Installation teams, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee daily field operations, coordinate resources, resolve on-site issues, and ensure that all administrative and operational processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities include liaising with the Operations Department to identify installation-ready orders and prioritise workloads, coordinating with management to assign suitable installation teams based on capability and location, scheduling and confirming appointments with customers, and planning daily routes to optimise efficiency. The role also involves daily oversight of field operations, including morning coordination to ensure teams are prepared with the correct tools, materials, and documentation, monitoring progress throughout the day, and serving as the main point of contact for installers.

The successful candidate will manage and resolve site issues in collaboration with internal teams, escalate complex challenges where necessary, and maintain clear communication across departments. Additional duties include conducting daily handovers, collecting completion records and payments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date, and maintaining detailed installation status records. The Operations Coordinator will also oversee tools and equipment, ensuring they are well maintained, tracking inventory levels, and implementing systems to minimise losses and ensure readiness.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience in field operations, logistics or coordination roles, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or installation sectors, and will demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication in both Maltese and English is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office tools and a full, clean driving licence. This role requires a hands-on, reliable individual with a problem-solving mindset, strong sense of accountability, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a structured and efficient approach to operations.
