A well‑established firm on the island is looking for a Head of Finance & Advisory.
In this role, you will lead the strategic direction, growth, and operational performance of the Corporate Finance Advisory practice while overseeing transaction services, CFO advisory engagements, financial modelling, and the delivery of high-quality outputs to support complex client needs and decision-making. You will also manage key client relationships, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure all engagements meet regulatory, quality, and professional standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement across the function.
Candidates must hold relevant local qualifications and have proven managerial-level experience on the island within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Financial Advisory. Strong leadership and the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary engagements are essential.
