We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Training Executive to join a growing team within the insurance sector.
In this role, you will coordinate and deliver training programmes to a large network of distributors and intermediaries, ensuring they have the knowledge required to understand insurance products and meet regulatory requirements. You will support CPD programmes, onboarding initiatives, training records, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and enhance learning outcomes.
We are looking for a team player who enjoys working with people, is confident presenting to groups, and has strong communication and organisational skills. Previous experience in training, learning and development is preferred, while experience within the insurance sector is essential, whether gained through employment or insurance-related studies. Experience delivering sales or product training will be considered an advantage.Candidates must have an excellent command of both Maltese and English, while knowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus.
