The chosen candidate will form part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering quality and affordable healthcare solutions. Key duties include planning and forecasting orders, preparing purchase requests, coordinating with international suppliers, and supporting clients with healthcare‑related product needs.

The role also involves analysing sales patterns, preparing reports, and carrying out general administrative responsibilities. Applicants should possess an O’ level standard of education and be fluent in both English and Maltese. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office—particularly Excel—is essential, along with experience in accounting platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, quick learner, organised, meticulous, and capable of working independently while remaining a positive team contributor. Prior experience is considered an asset; however, full training will be provided.
