Our client, a well‑established company based in Gżira, is seeking an organised and motivated Accounts Clerk to join their growing finance team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a range of day‑to‑day accounting duties, including processing invoices, updating financial records, posting transactions, and carrying out bank reconciliations. Also assist with both accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately.
In addition, the role involves assisting with month‑end procedures, maintaining proper filing and documentation, and supporting basic reporting tasks. Liaising with internal departments will also be part of your daily responsibilities, helping to ensure seamless financial operations across the business.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience in an accounting or administrative role, strong attention to detail, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A basic understanding of accounting principles is essential, along with strong communication skills in both Maltese and English.
