This role sits at a senior management level and plays a pivotal part in delivering the organisation’s commercial strategy through revenue growth, account expansion, and long‑term client engagement.

In this role, you will identify and capitalise on growth opportunities within existing accounts and target prospects, acting as a trusted advisor who delivers client‑focused, value‑adding solutions. You’ll lead contract negotiations and renewals, provide accurate forecasting, and closely monitor performance against commercial targets. Working cross‑functionally with product, marketing, technical, service delivery, and finance teams, you will ensure a seamless end‑to‑end client experience from opportunity identification through to delivery and billing.
