Our client is a small but well-organized and established firm supporting an international client portfolio. They are currently seeking a Semi-Senior Client Accountant to join their team and further develop their career with them.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, preparing management accounts, VAT returns, tax returns, payroll reports, and supporting audit and compliance processes. You will also liaise directly with clients and external stakeholders while gaining exposure to a broad range of accounting and taxation matters.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience in Malta and be fully qualified or in the final stages of completing ACCA. A solid understanding of Maltese VAT and tax legislation, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively to deadlines are essential. Having worked previously with clients will be treated with great advantage.
