We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawyer specialising in Investment Funds to join our legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, providing legal services to a diverse client base.
As a Lawyer in Investment Funds, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a wide range of issues related to investment funds, including fund formation, operation, regulation, and compliance. You will draft and review fund documentation, negotiate terms with investors, and liaise with regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will be involved in structuring and launching new funds, advising on fund marketing materials, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate must be warranted to practice law in Malta, have previous experience in a similar industry (internship considered) and excellent written and spoken English skills.
