We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading bank in Malta.
As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will manage the daily operations of the regulatory reporting team, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports. You will interpret regulatory rules to determine their impact on the bank and implement necessary changes in reporting processes. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to gather accurate financial data and insights. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving reporting issues, enhancing data quality, and supporting audits and examinations by regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in regulatory reporting within a banking or financial services environment, a tertiary qualification in Banking, Finance or a related discipline, and strong leadership qualities with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
