Our client in the investment funds and asset management industry is looking for a Junior AML to join their team in Valletta.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the AML function to ensure full adherence to Maltese and EU regulatory requirements. You will conduct KYC and customer due diligence, review investor documentation, monitor transactions for unusual or suspicious activity, assist with sanctions and adverse media screening, and help maintain accurate AML records and reporting processes.
Ideally, you bring 1–3 years of experience in compliance, preferably within financial services, investment firms, or funds. You also have an educational background in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field, together with good knowledge of financial regulation and the Maltese regulatory framework.
