We are seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our esteemed law firm based in Malta.
As a Junior Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence. You will conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and provide insightful legal advice. The role requires regular interaction with clients to understand their legal needs and represent their interests in corporate matters. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure that all legal processes are compliant with current laws and regulations.
The right candidate must have a master's in law from the University of Malta, and previous experience in a corporate law environment is advantageous.
