We are supporting our client, a well-established CSP in the recruitment of a Compliance Officer to join their team!
This role would suit a professional who has a good understanding of the CSP sector and how it operates on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for supporting and strengthening the company's compliance framework, carrying out compliance reviews, identifying regulatory risks, preparing reports, and liaising with the MFSA where required.
Ideally, you will bring 2+ years of experience, preferably within a CSP or another regulated environment, together with a qualification in Compliance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of the Maltese regulatory framework, and the ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders are essential. Maltese would be considered an asset, although it is not a requirement.
