We are seeking a dedicated full-time Warehouse Manager to support a long-established organisation operating at the forefront of its industry.
The role is responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of fast-moving consumer goods, while ensuring productivity targets and service standards are consistently achieved. Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations, managing inbound goods, warehousing, distribution, space utilisation, and maintenance activities in line with strategic objectives. The position requires the implementation and enforcement of effective operational policies and procedures, strict compliance with legislation, and the maintenance of high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security. Accurate stock control, system reconciliation, and the timely investigation of discrepancies are essential, alongside close coordination with transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations. The role also involves planning work schedules, assigning tasks, appraising performance, and leading the recruitment, coaching, and motivation of a strong, engaged team.
