Our client are seeking a proactive Senior HR Executive to provide comprehensive HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on induction and onboarding, payroll support, HR administration, and day‑to‑day employee relations.

The role involves maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data in compliance with GDPR and internal policies, as well as preparing regular HR, payroll, and timesheet reports to support operational and management requirements. You will assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, and support recruitment and onboarding activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, and contract preparation. The Senior HR Executive will also contribute to HR policies and initiatives covering performance management, employee engagement, wellbeing, training, and learning. Acting as a first point of contact, you will handle employee HR and payroll queries with professionalism and confidentiality, coordinate training plans, funding schemes, health and safety processes, and statutory compliance, and generate HR metrics to support effective decision‑making.

The ideal candidate is proficient in HR practices and Maltese employment legislation and experienced with HRIS and/or payroll software.
