We are seeking a dedicated Senior Banking Officer to join a leading Financial Services company in Malta.
As a Senior Banking Officer, you will lead and supervise the activities in relation to banking-related matters of corporate clients, ensuring efficient transaction processing and high levels of customer service. You will monitor the performance of your team, provide training and support where necessary, and ensure adherence to all financial and security regulations. Additionally, you will handle complex customer service issues and work to resolve them in a professional manner. Your role will also involve preparing reports on progress and finances for senior management.
The right candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication in English, demonstrated previous experience in leading and/or mentoring junior staff, and a bachelor's degree or similar in Banking & Finance, Business Management, or related fields.
