Our client, a highly regarded Corporate & Trust Services provider, is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Legal Officer to join their dynamic and growing team.
As a Senior Legal Officer, you will provide technical, fiduciary, and governance support across international corporate and trust services operations, advising management and client administration teams on corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. You will review complex structures and legal documentation, support key client relationships, conduct internal governance and file reviews, oversee authorised signatory and banking activities, and help maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and corporate governance across the business.
The ideal candidate must be a warranted legal professional, on experienced corporate and trust professional, with a solid background in fiduciary services, governance, and corporate administration.
