A well-established organisation operating within the insurance sector is seeking to recruit a Senior Executive to join its team in Malta. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an analytical and commercially focused professional to contribute to life business performance management, sales support activities and the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating life business reporting, monitoring commercial performance and providing ongoing support to distribution channels. A key aspect of the role involves analysing sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities, and delivering meaningful insights that support informed business decisions.
Working closely with commercial, product and support teams, the Senior Executive will assist in the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness, improving visibility of business results and supporting the achievement of strategic objectives. The position also involves maintaining reporting tools and communication platforms, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information to support front-line execution.
Applicants should hold a degree in Business, Economics, Insurance or a related discipline and have previous experience in business reporting, commercial support, business analysis or a life insurance operational or commercial environment.
