We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Senior Corporate Services Executive to join our Corporate Services team in Malta.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality corporate and financial administration services while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards. You will take ownership of client relationships, oversee corporate transactions and statutory obligations, liaise with key regulatory authorities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and team development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, be a quick learner, and possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are essential.
