As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the risk management framework across regulated insurance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting risk governance and reporting, and working closely with senior management to identify, assess, and manage key business risks. You will also play a key role in Board reporting, ORSA processes, and embedding sound risk management practices across the organisation.
Ideally, you will have at least 5 years of experience in a risk management role within financial services, preferably insurance, together with a strong understanding of Solvency II, risk governance, and regulatory frameworks. A degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field is required, while relevant risk management qualifications will be considered an asset.
