A reputable professional services firm is seeking to recruit a Secretary / Personal Assistant to support its legal team.
The role provides high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. Duties include managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. The Secretary will handle calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities also include maintaining digital and hard copy filing systems.
Liaison with clients, courts, and external parties will be required as needed.
The role involves opening and closing client files and preparing documentation for meetings and hearings. Monitoring case deadlines and supporting time management systems forms part of the position. Assistance with client onboarding, KYC, compliance documentation, and office resources is expected.
Applicants must have an A’ Level standard of education and be highly organised and meticulous. Fluency in both English and Maltese and proficiency in MS Word and Excel are essential. Relevant experience is an asset but not essential, as training and development will be provided.
