Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Motor Claims Handler to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for handling motor claims efficiently, managing a portfolio of cases, gathering information to support claim assessments, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring all work meets internal standards and service levels. You will also manage recovery files, follow the company’s complaint‑handling process, and continue developing your skills through ongoing training.
Ideally, you bring 1–2 years of experience in general insurance motor operations, strong communication skills, good MS Office proficiency, and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
