My client is looking for a Motor Claims Manager to join their growing team within the insurance sector. Are you ready to take the next step in your career?
In this senior leadership role, you will lead the Motor Claims team and drive the department's technical and operational performance, ensuring high-quality claims handling, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the function.
The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of senior-level motor claims experience, including managing complex liability and bodily injury claims, leading teams, and overseeing claims operations. Strong leadership skills, ACII qualification (or progress towards it), and excellent knowledge of motor liability principles and bodily injury claims are highly desirable. Full fluency in both Maltese and English is essential.
