We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join a dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious matters, providing strategic legal advice and representing clients across various disputes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in litigation, strong advocacy skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload from inception through to resolution.
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for advising on a wide range of dispute-related matters, including commercial litigation, civil disputes, regulatory issues, and alternative dispute resolution. You will handle all stages of the litigation process, from case assessment and strategy development to drafting pleadings, motions, and legal submissions, as well as representing clients in court and negotiations. You will work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure effective case management and commercially sound outcomes.
Your role will also involve conducting legal research, preparing detailed case reports, liaising with external counsel where required, and ensuring compliance with procedural rules and deadlines. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, alongside the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
The successful candidate must be a warranted lawyer, with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation or a related area, and exceptional written and spoken English skills. Courtroom experience and strong organisational skills will be considered an asset.
