We are seeking a dedicated Legal Officer to join a leading regulating entity in Malta.
As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure they are in compliance with all statutory and legal requirements. You will advise on legal implications of internal policies and procedures, provide support in dispute resolution processes, and liaise with external legal counsel as required. Additionally, you will be involved in training staff on legal compliance and conducting legal research to support ongoing cases and projects.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Law, a great understanding of local AML regulations, and minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
