We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Corporate Lawyer to join a leading financial services company in Malta.
As a Junior Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, advising on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters. You will draft and review legal documents, negotiate contracts, and provide strategic advice to senior management on legal risks and strategies. Additionally, you will lead and mentor junior associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
The ideal candidate must have a warrant to practice law in Malta (or be in the final stages), 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, and excellent written and spoken English skills.
