We’re Hiring: IT Support Professional 

I’m currently supporting a well‑established professional organisation in their search for an IT Support professional based Malta. 

This role focuses on first‑line technical support, assisting non‑technical users with day‑to‑day hardware, software, and system-related issues. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining IT systems, managing user access, and ensuring clear and accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions. The position is well suited to someone with 1–3 years’ experience in IT support, strong communication skills, and a calm, methodical approach. A collaborative working environment, long‑term stability, and benefits including health insurance are on offer.
