Are you passionate about technology and enjoy helping users get the best from IT? We're looking for an IT Support Officer with experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows environments, hardware and software troubleshooting, and end-user support.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Experience supporting corporate IT systems, mobile devices, networking, and IT infrastructure projects will be considered an asset, together with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
