We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join a dynamic and growing Human Resources team.

In this role, you will support both day‑to‑day HR operations and wider strategic initiatives, ensuring smooth HR processes, strong employee engagement, and high‑quality service delivery. Among the key duties: maintaining employee records and coordinating the full employee lifecycle.

You will also prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and policy updates. The role also involves supporting recruitment, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, organising interviews, appraisals, training, and other HR‑related meetings, while maintaining HR systems and internal databases will be a core part of your responsibilities.

You will also help coordinate internal events and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and Maltese employment law is essential.

Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; knowledge of Shireburn Software is an asset. Fluency in English and Maltese, both spoken and written, is essential.
