A small and well-established Corporate Services Provider is on the lookout for a Head of Finance.
The Head of Finance will lead and manage the finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with Maltese regulations and accounting standards. They will develop financial strategies, provide strategic advice to senior leadership, and prepare accurate financial reports and KPIs to support business growth and decision-making. The role also involves managing relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators, driving process improvements, and supporting key initiatives such as tax planning, due diligence, and mergers & acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience within a Corporate Services Provider and hold a Maltese Accounting Warrant.
