As a Group Risk Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the Group Head of Governance in maintaining and embedding a practical, proportionate, and effective enterprise risk management framework across the Group. You will also be responsible for risk oversight, maintaining risk registers and reporting, managing the Group's risk management system, and providing risk insight to senior stakeholders, boards, and governance committees.
We are looking for someone with experience in enterprise, operational, or regulatory risk management within a regulated environment, ideally financial services. Strong knowledge of risk frameworks, risk reporting, controls, and stakeholder management is essential, while experience with risk management systems and professional qualifications in risk, governance, compliance, or audit would be highly beneficial. Knowledge of pensions regulations would be considered an asset.
