We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk & Administrative Officer to join a professional and dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with people, managing day-to-day office operations, and providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients and visitors in a professional manner, handling incoming telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries, and scheduling appointments while coordinating meetings efficiently. The role also involves supporting client onboarding processes, maintaining accurate filing systems and records, managing office supplies and correspondence, and assisting with document preparation, data entry, and various administrative tasks. Additional administrative duties may be assigned as required to support the smooth running of the office.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, reception, or a similar role, along with strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. A professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach is key to succeeding in this position. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset.
