Our client, a well‑established organisation in the maritime sector, is seeking to recruit a Finance Executive to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDA), estimating port expenses, and obtaining the necessary approvals from ship owners or principals. Following vessel departure, you will collect invoices, compile the Final Disbursement Account (FDA), reconcile advances, and liaise closely with port authorities and service providers to ensure all documentation is processed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the maritime sector, strong coordination skills when dealing with multiple port stakeholders, and solid proficiency in Excel and shipping-related software.
