I'm currently partnering exclusively with a globally established organisation with operations across Europe and Asia that is looking to strengthen its Global Finance Team with the addition of a Finance Officer based in Malta.
Having met with the Group Financial Controller, what stood out to me most was the level of trust placed in this position. This is not a role where you'll simply process transactions and move on. You'll be entrusted with your own entity within the group, gaining exposure to group reporting, financial controls, process improvements, and stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions while building a strong understanding of how an international business operates.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Accountancy or be ACCA qualified and have at least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
