We are seeking an Executive Business Coordinator to provide high‑level support to the partners while coordinating key business operations in a hybrid PA, HR, and client‑focused role. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage calendars, correspondence, travel, and meetings while assisting with client proposals, quotes, and CRM record management.
The role supports financial and administrative processes, HR documentation, onboarding, and confidential employee records, as well as compliance‑related reporting and policy follow‑up. You will coordinate departmental projects, monitor progress, prioritize workloads, and contribute to business development and operational improvements. The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior management, preferably within a professional services environment, and is highly trustworthy, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
Strong communication skills, professionalism in client interactions, and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office are essential. An interest in HR, governance, or compliance is considered an asset, with training provided as needed. This role requires a problem‑solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and handles sensitive matters with discretion.
