This pivotal role is integral to the seamless execution of executive priorities and the smooth running of daily operations, acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders and a central liaison with both internal teams and external stakeholders. With a strong focus on reducing management workload and proactively anticipating issues, the role ensures that priorities are progressed efficiently and nothing is overlooked. Responsibilities span the management of complex executive calendars, travel logistics, and high‑level correspondence, alongside the preparation of executive reports, presentations, board packs, agendas, and accurate formal minutes. Strong coordination skills are essential to track decisions, follow up on actions, and drive timely delivery, while supporting governance and administrative processes with discretion and professionalism. You will organise and support meetings, board sessions, and strategic workshops to the highest standards, applying sound judgment, exceptional organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years’ experience in a senior administrative or executive support role, along with outstanding communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and confidence using modern digital tools.
