Our client, a corporate service provider in Malta, is looking for a Compliance Executive to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional who is keen to grow further within a regulated environment and take on broader responsibility across core compliance functions.
As a Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing client onboarding documentation, identifying risks and gaps, determining whether additional information or enhanced due diligence is required, and preparing onboarding reports for submission to the Client Onboarding Committee. You will also act as a central point of contact for compliance queries, support ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews, and ensure continued adherence to EU and Maltese AML/CFT requirements.
Ideally, you have at least 3 years’ experience in a compliance‑related role, preferably with a regulated entity or corporate service provider in Malta, together with strong knowledge of EU and Maltese regulations and hands‑on experience in client onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
