We are seeking a Business Training Executive to support the design, coordination, and delivery of high-quality training programmes for sales and distribution teams within a dynamic insurance and financial services environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing annual Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training initiatives, coordinating induction programmes for new distributors and employees, and supporting the delivery of commercial sales training focused on customer engagement, client centricity, and needs-based product solutions. This role involves liaising with external training partners, maintaining ongoing communication with training participants, monitoring training progress, and ensuring regulatory training requirements are met.
Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and facilitation abilities, and experience in training, learning and development, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector. Experience in sales skills training, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team are essential. Fluency in both Maltese and English is required, while knowledge of Spanish will be considered an asset.
