This role plays a key part in driving process improvements and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, with knowledge of process mapping, UAT, requirements documentation, and business systems. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and SQL would be considered an asset.
