As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full financial reporting cycle, maintaining accurate accounting records, carrying out reconciliations, and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will be central to delivering high‑quality financial support to clients while maintaining strong internal controls and efficient processes.
You will lead and support a small finance team, supervise AP/AR workflows, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow planning. In addition, you will manage VAT reporting and submissions, prepare monthly payroll for clients, and handle all FSS documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Your expertise will also support both internal and external audits, providing insightful financial analysis and guidance to management.
To succeed, you will need a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role, strong technical accounting knowledge, and to be ACCA‑qualified or in your final stages of qualification. High levels of accuracy, analytical thinking, confidentiality, and strong communication skills are essential, along with solid proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
