We are seeking a professional and energetic Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our client's growing team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities include greeting clients and guests in a professional manner, managing incoming calls, courier deliveries, and post distribution, and maintaining an organised and welcoming front desk area. The role also involves preparing and managing meeting rooms, using various software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintaining records, spreadsheets, and databases.
