We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Analyst to support the Trade Operations Director in managing all aspects of international seaborne deliveries.

The role involves working closely with trading teams, maintaining daily communication with suppliers, customers, agents, and banks, and resolving documentation or shipment‑related issues. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing shipping documents, handling local and international invoicing, processing letters of credit and bank operations, following up on payments, and performing accurate laytime calculations including demurrage and dispatch settlements. The position also includes updating and administering internal systems such as Salesforce.

Idean candidates hold a university degree in international trade, business, economics, commerce, or a related field, and have at least two years of experience in import/export, shipping, customs or a similar operational environment.

Strong knowledge of export/import procedures, shipping documentation, and documentary credits is required, along with excellent attention to detail and strong English language skills. Additional languages, especially French, are considered an asset.
