Our client is looking for a Licensing & Regulatory Administrator to join a dynamic legal team operating at the forefront of the iGaming and Gambling sector.

This junior role is perfect for someone organised, detail‑oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a regulatory environment.

You will assist with licensing applications and renewals, prepare forms and documentation, track submission timelines, support compliance tasks across multiple jurisdictions, liaise with regulatory authorities, and help organise materials for audits and inspections. You will also keep the team updated on Maltese and international regulatory developments, all under the guidance of senior colleagues.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and 2 years of experience in an administrative or compliance‑focused role (including CDD) is considered an advantage.
